Messaging Policy General Provisions
1.1. This Messaging Policy governs the procedure for communication between the Company and users via messaging platforms, including WhatsApp Business.
1.2. The Company communicates with users strictly in accordance with WhatsApp Business platform requirements, applicable laws, and the principles of fair and responsible interaction.
Basis for Sending Messages (User Consent)
2.1. Messages are sent only to users who have provided prior voluntary consent to receive communications (opt-in).
2.2. Consent is provided by the user through actions such as registering for an event, subscribing to notifications, completing a website form, or otherwise explicitly confirming their agreement to receive communications.
2.3. The Company does not send messages without prior user consent.
Purpose of Communication
3.1. Messages are strictly service-related and informational in nature.
3.2. Communication may include event reminders, registration confirmations, access to educational materials, responses to user inquiries, and customer support.
3.3. The Company does not engage in mass unsolicited messaging (cold outreach) to unknown recipients.

4.2. To opt out, users may send the command “STOP” or «СТОП».
4.3. Upon receiving an unsubscribe request, the Company will immediately cease all communication, except for technical notifications required to confirm the opt-out.

5.1. Contact data is used exclusively for the purposes for which the user has given consent.
5.2. The Company does not share contact data with third parties without user consent, except where required by law.
5.3. The Company takes reasonable measures to protect users’ personal data.
